Spa & Resort
We designed and installed three independent commercial misting systems in Austin featuring 18" stainless steel outdoor oscillating misting fans and 1000 PSI high pressure pumps. Each cabana operates independently with remote controls and customizable misting intervals, using dual filtration to handle hard water and prevent mineral buildup in nozzles. Systems were engineered at one fan per two beds with misting rings selected to maximize cooling performance based on ceiling height and layout.
Restaurant
Matt’s El Rancho needed a reliable commercial misting provider to replace aging, corroded patio fans and restore system performance. After a thorough inspection of their existing high pressure misting system, we recommended upgrading the filtration system to reduce clogged nozzles caused by mineral buildup. We completed a full system evaluation, replaced faulty nozzles and couplings, installed a new misting ring, and retrofitted existing fans with misting rings to improve cooling coverage. We now provide ongoing spring startup and winterization services to keep their commercial patio cooling system running reliably year-round.
