Lakefront Patio

For Bayview, we designed the system around how the space is actually used. We installed a mix of 24 inch and 18 inch misting fans, placing the smaller 18 inch fans in lower spots and areas closer to guests so the airflow stays comfortable instead of overpowering. Each fan runs on its own valve, giving the team full control over which areas are misted at any time. To cool the uncovered outdoor patio, we also ran a custom mist line through the trees, bringing relief to a space with no shade overhead.

Spa & Resort

Ottine needed cooling in four separate areas, so we built four individual systems, each running 18 inch stainless steel fans. Working alongside a welder, we mounted the fans directly to the poles for a clean, permanent installation built to last outdoors. Because the property sits in an area where the water is heavy in minerals, we added custom dual filtration to protect the nozzles and keep every system running smoothly despite the hard water.

Restaurant

At Matt's El Rancho, our work focused on bringing an existing system back to full performance and keeping it there. We repaired and replaced multiple fans, fixed leaks, repaired the misting line, and replaced worn nozzles. The pump received regular service with oil changes, and we upgraded to higher end filtration to help prevent nozzle clogging going forward. We also handle their seasonal winterization and summer startup, so the system stays protected through the cold months and is ready when the heat returns.

Playground & Recreation

St. George's is home to the oldest continuously operated preschool in Austin, and we were proud to help keep its students and staff cool during summer play. We added misting to the inside of their playground sunshade, running the tubing through the interior of the support poles so it stays hidden. The supply line was trenched and buried to keep it out of sight and out of the way. Where nozzles sat very high, we added extensions to bring the mist closer to the ground, where it cools the kids most effectively.

Zoo & Wildlife Center

At the Austin Nature & Science Center, our goal was keeping the animals comfortable through the Texas summer. We installed hundreds of feet of misting line along the perimeter of many outdoor exhibits, wrapping around multiple enclosures. The result is steady cooling for a wide range of residents, from bobcats to porcupines, during the hottest months of the year.
